Treehouse Coworking - COVID 19 Update

Aloha,

We want to maintain a productive, healthy, and mindful work space for our community. The health and safety of our community is our priority so as of today, we are closed to the general public and our management team will be working remotely to support members. We will be available via phone and email, Monday - Friday 8-5pm (808) 367- 4715; support@treehousecoworking.com

Entry for executive offices, private desks and 24/7 members will remain the same through the August app. For others, please text us for entry.

We are taking extensive precautions to provide a clean, safe space for all of those that do choose to go in and work. We are cleaning the space twice a day with disinfectant and we ask that you help us with this by cleaning your space before and* after you use it. We have sanitation wipes and an alcohol spray you can use. Please also consider spreading out in our space. You can now use the gym for additional coworking space.

Members can also reserve the high-tech conference room and utilize the Google Chromecast system for your own work needs. Please reserve this through your member portal. We will post a blog and send out more instructions for our google system.

We want to continue to support our members and other small local businesses in every way we can. We are planning to host a lot of fun and educational virtual classes including workouts, de-stressing classes, business workshops and support networks. Stay tuned for more info on these and contact us if you have any virtual workshop ideas!

Mahalo for your kokua to keep our friends and family healthy!

COVID 19 Safety Measures:

CDC Guidance: Thus far, we have shared guidance from the CDC on how to prevent the spread of the virus and have increased the amount of soap and alcohol-based disinfectants available throughout our spaces. We are asking our members, guests, and other visitors to return home if:

They are feeling sick, or they are living in the same household as, an intimate partner of, or caring for a person in a non-healthcare setting (such as a home) to a person with symptomatic laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 infection or have had close contact with a person with symptomatic laboratory-confirmed COVID-19.

They have traveled to the following places and landed back in the US in the past 14 days: Hubei Province, China; Mainland China, Iran, Italy, South Korea, or if they were seated within 6 feet of a traveler on an airplane with symptomatic laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 infection.

If you think you might be infected, the CDC recommends you call ahead to a healthcare professional (rather than show up in person). Your healthcare professional will work with your state’s public health department and CDC to determine if you need to be tested for COVID-19.

To our members and others using Treehouse: Please let an office manager or Dawn and Keno know of any known cases or points of contact that you or your guests in the space have with COVID-19, so that we can work, in anonymity, to ensure proper communications and response plans.

Greeting Others: Greet each other without physical contact, i.e. wave instead of a handshake, and we recommend you adopt these practices with everyone.

Appearance of sickness: We know anxieties are high and not everyone who sneezes or coughs has coronavirus. To alleviate the potential concerns of others around you, we ask that if you or your guests are coughing or sneezing, please consider working from home.

Service Adjustments: We have increased the number of times we disinfect frequently touched surfaces, such as door handles and countertops and bathrooms.
